Absen rope access was involved in the construction of the New Marlowe theatre in Canterbury. Teams were involved in the installation of the decorative mesh panels that cover the fly tower and also the electrical works to install LED lighting units which illuminate the tower at night.
Barry Phillips said “Overall the project went well and we completed the work on time. ISG Jacksons were very particular in what they and the Architect wanted to achieve and we found ourselves changing the entire light orientation at one point which nearly jeopardised the whole project due to its time constraintsâ€.
