We’ve just carried out emergency works at an Incinerator in Thetford.
Not the best of places to be in the recent heatwave but we are pleased to say we got the job done and our client was satisfied with the work carried out, especially as we were able to send a team of rope access operatives in at short notice.
We regularly assist with cleaning of various incinerators up and down the country and this is becoming a regular part of our services offered, as rope access is considered one of the more practical and cost effective methods of entry, especially into such a confined space.
Rope access is less intrusive than scaffolding or use of Ladders for example. However, scaffolding and other methods are not ruled out as on occasion these methods can, and have worked well together.
