Our technical manager, Barry Phillips and new training coordinator Ollie Huston will be attending a LYON p.p.e competent person training course this coming year. Â Absen hope to build o their expertise and experience in the field of P.P.E examinations. It has become apparent that there ares till a number of sub-contractors who are blissfully unaware of their responsibilities under the LAW and the LOLER regulations 1998.
Absen currently provide p.p.examinations for a number of agencies and companies and will be looking to expand on this in the future. We aim to ensure that all of our operatives and any candidates who attend our IRATA training courses are made aware of the implications of not carrying out daily pre-use inspections or having 6 monthly examinations carried out to their equipment.
